Kwanzaa is a cultural holiday, celebrated from December 26 to January 1, created by the legendary professor of Africana
Studies , activist and author, Maulana Karenga. The sole purpose of this holiday was to help African-Americans to reconnect to their African roots. And served as a symbol of Pan-Africanism. It also reflects on the seven principles of

"What kind of world do we live in when the views of the oppressed are
expressed at the convenience of their oppressors?" - Owen 'Alik Shahadah

Simply put, Africa is the natural place or fatherland of Africans and their descendants in the Diaspora. The skin colour, history, culture, and climate are specific adaptations to living in Africa. Africa is the most richest place on the planet and everyone knows that. Yet, Africans are the poorest of the poor. For centuries foreign invaders looted the continent, while brutally oppressing the natives. Even missionaries left their wayward homelands to "save" the "cannibals and savages." They justified their actions by merely pointing out the so-called inferiority of Africans put forward by Darwin's theory. They each applied the principle of ‘survival of the fittest’ to their situation.

My friend later text me: "It looks like I'm losing it."  I replied, "Will talk later." The next day, I called to reason with him on how disastrous the relationship was. He always boasted how happy he was, but the word unhappiness was written all over his face.

How To Get Riches and Fame Quickly

By Sicebise Msengana

What if I told you that you can be rich quickly? Imagine being rich, famous and loved at the same time, how would you feel? If it was just as easy would you dare to take the risk?

Our homes are flooded with inspirational, lively messages and resources (books, pamphlets etc.) from so-called "Great" men and women of God.  Our TV screens are bombarded with loud voices of televangelists, imans, and rabbis. Each time, they preach the word of God, they persuade us to follow them. Not only must we pledge wholeheartedly, but we must also give a percentage of our salaries, and earnings to support the good cause.

White Domination: The Two-faced Monster Pt I

For over three centuries, black people (and other so-called "inferior races) have been exploited, manipulated and oppressed. It took men and women of great courage, intelligence and perseverance to lead the black masses to victory. However, the road to full independence has been marred by those hypocrites who believe that Africans cannot determine their destiny in this life--the only life we can be sure of. For years, they claimed to know what is good for Africans and we believed them.

They believe that Africans are puppies that need scraps under the table and a pat on the back.

Take for example,
